Snacking can be difficult.  It's easy to just grab something out of a box that has been processed.  Here is a list of some of Carson's favorite snacks that are healthy and easy:

Fruit Medley - Cut up Cantaloupe, Grapes, Bananas, and really whatever fruit I have on hand
Lightly Cooked Frozen Peas (He goes crazy for these)
Cooked & Diced green beans
Beans slightly sprinkled with salt (Any kind...kidney beans, black beans, navy beans, garbanzo beans, etc...)
Small Chunks of cooked organic chicken
Cooked Sweet Potato Chunks (Just boil and slice, super easy!)
Jam spread thinly on whole-wheat crackers
Toast with thinly spread peanut butter
Whole-fat yogurt
